Why do I need Claude?
Claude is Remote's brain, and it runs in your own account with your own connectors. That's how your email and files stay yours.
Will it send things on its own?
Only what you allow: reading, drafts, your own notes and tasks. Anything that reaches another person waits for your yes.
Which tools can it use?
Whatever your Claude can connect: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Asana and hundreds more in Claude's directory, plus anything with an MCP server. See how it works.
Does it work on Android?
Remote is built for iMessage. Other phones get plain texts, without tapbacks.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, any time. Cancel in the first 7 days and you pay nothing.
Don't have Claude yet?
Get your own Claude plan, Pro or higher (Pro is $20/mo), at claude.ai/upgrade before you connect your tools. Team plans aren't supported yet. Until then Remote still answers simple questions, it just can't open your email.
Is Pro enough?
Pro works. Every Remote run counts against your Claude plan's usage limits, so if you text Remote a lot every day, Max (from $100/mo) gives you more room.
Can I talk to it?
Yes. Send a voice note and it hears you. Text "voice on" and it answers in voice notes too, like a walkie-talkie. Live calls are coming soon.
Is my data safe?
We keep your texts with Remote and nothing else. Your tools' logins stay in your Claude account. See privacy.
